The transformation of Darley House has reached a significant stage in the works. The building looks completely different from when we started work back in 2022. You can see the changes in the photos.

Darley House has undergone the construction of a new steel pitched roof. It also has new entrance doors, new windows and rain screen cladding. The cladding is giving thermal efficiency to the building to offer warmer homes and great building aesthetics. The enclosed balconies offer extra usable warm space for residents. The difference is amazing to see, giving the building a completely new and modern look. The work to install the new heating systems into homes is ongoing. Once finished, it will provide a warm, economical solution. Residents have reported that the cladding, insulation, and window replacement works are already resulting in lower heating bills. This is great news for all residents.
