Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council has appointed Lovell Partnerships to carry out refurbishment works at Darley House, Alston House, Radnall House, Birchley House, Century House and Selby House in Wallace Close, Oldbury.

Throughout the project, our team will work closely with the council’s Think Local Regeneration and Economy Service to provide a positive impact and a lasting legacy for the community.

The works will include new entrance porches, replacement windows, replacement front doors and balcony doors, fire precaution works, rainscreen cladding, installation of a district heat pump system, mechanical and electrical services, new roads and car parking, soft landscaping and a new pitched roof to Darley House.
